Which general advice would you give if the question of internationalisation becomes important ?
In detail this is answered on various parts of my website however, I would say it can be put in short as follows:
1. Find out where are probably successful markets for YOU
2. Search for the most successful clientele/representatives/distributors
3. Calculate the cost for you to reach these market/-s
4. Concentrate on the probably most successful ones and finally
5. ... fast implementation.
This last aspect gets more and more important as the competition does surely have comparable ideas and the 'early bird catches the worm'.
When to do it, if not now ??
