Why should we get consultancy in worldwide sales and this by somebody not knowing our company resp. representatives ?
Any company has to use - in this enonomical situation of the world anyway - all available knowledge or contacts for the own competitiveness.
In order not to invest too much money to train own employees it seems to be advisable to engage trained consultants.
This leads finally to savings as
- no mistakes are made due to the missing knowledge of the respective market or its mentality
- the respective consultant possesses of neutral knowledge or can get hold of it quickly
- already existing representatives can be checked in their efficiency regarding the markets and the actual selling possibilites (without any encumbrance for the consultant).
However, the consultant should be in a position to show references for similar tasks.
