This revision is relatively easy performed – based on the defined (in writing !) tasks – and should be take place periodically (abt. 3 – 6 months) and should contain the targets as per internal department, market, market segment or client group.
Thereby it is guaranteed that no market development important for our company is overlooked and that the sales personal and representatives are permanently kept ‘up-to-date’.
This avoids costly amendments which would be needed if market conditions change and the company is too late to react. In that case valuable time would be lost.
