- Market research of known markets (e. g. check of the present success of the represen- tatives there) or new markets, inclusive of the definition of client/market-potentials avai- lable for YOU, also based on the knowledge of your existing sales to the different client groups
- Definition of the best sales- (inclusive of synergy-)partners for YOU so that such markets may be conquered as successful as possible
- Starting with the agreement of a mutual target with the respective partners, including the necessary control- and treatment steps in your factory, I will develop - especially sui- table for YOU - everything necessary for a good and successful sales work within the rele- vant country, from client-selection down to the participation in an exhibition and the proper follow-up - and implement it (if requested !)
- Supply of market information, together with the existing or any new sales partners, which are completely designed to fulfill YOUR requirements and which result in YOU being a valuable partner - continuously - for YOUR clients there
This includes the permanent information on future developments to be expected in the market and/or part-market
- Seminars and trainings are developed and performed by me in-house and comple- tely directed to YOUR own targets as per YOUR needs - but also externally for groups of participants
- Interim-management, e. g. for important sales matters, whether internally or 'on the road' are as well part of the services offered as the foundation/installation of a daughter company and/or coaching of your sales staff/managers
to increase/optimize the turnover (ROI), concentration towards available and new clients, to reach the optimum - worldwide - 'client use and client advantage' (especially FOR YOU) and any further marketing task which makes YOU more successful.
