Fees/investment for my support - Explanation
Structure and possibilities
For all works/duties - as given in the pages before - I invoice the following fees, according to my 'Terms and Conditions' which are at your disposal here:
1. Fees/Investment
- a) Basic fees € 45-60/hour depending on the turnover = up to a turnover of €15 million
- The flexible fees
depend on the present turnover of the client company as well as contents and duration of the consultancy. That means that as well very small as bigger companies will pay according to their profitability and anybody can use the offered possibilities accordingly. Furthermore the available official support monies will be taken into consideration wherever possible
b) Travelling expenses € 0,50 with the car, 1. class for trains and economy- class for flights within Europe and business-class outside of Europe, board and lodging during travelling days as a lump-sum of € 40 within Germany and € 80 outside of Germany, overnight stays in good middle-class hotels
c) phone and IUNTERNET is included d) other cost (procurement/advertisements, etc.) = + 15 % handling cost >> all cost are subject to the VAT as applicable at the time of order
2. Kind of orders
- a) Short term consultancy - e. g. only a market research to identify client potentials, marketing ways, etc.
- b) permanent - e. g. monthly - consultancy/support, like permanent accompaniment and information regarding changes in market structures, support in conquering new markets, agreements with existing and/or new representatives, targetting for the latter, internal/external organisational questions, working in/with the INTERNET, etc.
- c) projects - e. g. control of the existing sales work internally/externally, in the home market or foreign countries, complex duties, from control of the existing sales organisation/work to elaborating and implementing new marketing ways, etc.
- d) coaching - e. g. information/support/accompaniment of the company-/sales-management in all specific managing tasks which - for given reasons - cannot or shall not be handled internally
- e) lectures/seminars/training - e. g. to prepare the sales organisation for all duties connected with successfully marketing in foreign countries, from market research/ observation to customer care, or general explanations with regard to successful selling internationally
>> and many more tasks which are part of the 'day-to-day marketing/sales work', cannot, however, be handled by the existing organisation or which neeed a faster handling than possible in the organisation right now.
By the way: If you follow the advice given by me and you don't have a given result - agreed upon between us before - after one year, you are entitled to a repayment of the fees of up to 50 % - depending on the success ratio !! |
